Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl: The Perfect Stove Free Lunch

I shared this recipe recently in my What I Eat In A Day video for lunch. I knew I wanted to make something spicy spicy, but I also didn’t want to clean the stove. So, I whipped together this quick No-Cook Creamy Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl. The beauty of this recipe is simple: You just mix, assemble, and eat! And, you can pair it with ANY kind of rice or salad…or both!

I paired my creamy tuna today with Purple Multigrain Rice for a chewier bite. I topped it with sweet & sour cucumber, some chopped kale, and a soft boiled egg. Itโ€™s fiber-rich and healthy, with a nice creamy kick.

Canned Tuna

Canned tuna might be an ingredient that seems super mundane, but I think there’s a lot of creative things you can do with a simple can! In a pinch, I love whipping something up like this Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl, or Tuna Onigiri!

For some reason, Korean canned tuna just hits different – maybe it’s their seasoning or the quality of tuna. Don Won Tuna can is my FAVORITE brand of canned tuna. It also comes in a variety of flavors other than the original, which we’re using for our recipe today. If you like it extra spicy, you can also try their Spicy Korean Double Hot Tuna, which is insanely delicious!
