Here are some of my coziest Christmas Brunch Ideas, from Apple Cinnamon French Toast to a tasty Smoked Salmon Board! Christmas brunch is my favorite yearly Christmas tradition with my mom and my sister. Holiday seasons can get busy, but that’s no reason to skip brunch. Here are my favorite cozy brunch dishes that are super easy to prep ahead, so there’s more time to sleep in!

Cinnamon Apple French Toast

This Cinnamon Apple French Toast makes the whole house smell incredibly festive! The caramelized cinnamon apples are sweet but tart in every bite, and the peanut butter in the Hong Kong Style Fren Toast explodes with rich creamy flavor. You just melt into the apples after taking a big bite. If you’re tight on time, you can prep the cinnamon apples ahead of time. Then, just make the French toast in the morning and reheat the apples before eating.
