6 Impressive Brunch Recipes in 30 Minutes
I made a Christmas Brunch menu with 6 impressive brunch recipes in 30 minutes. My mom, sister, and I eat brunch together every year on Christmas Day and it is honestly one of my favorite traditions. I remade one of my favorite brunches I tried in Montreal last year, with other dishes such as my Easy Chili Oil Turkish Eggs and Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad. Brunch for me is all about refreshing, savory dishes that aren’t too heavy, and these 5 brunch dishes are exactly what you need for hosting your next brunch.
Vibrant Salad with 1 Minute Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
This is a honey Dijon vinaigrette salad you can make with any vegetable combo in only 1 minute. Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of heat, this fully-vegetarian dressing makes any salad fun. Today, I made this salad with tomato, red onion, sweet pepper, and cucumber – all super refreshing vegetables that go great with that sweet-spicy dressing.

- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 sprig of fresh dill
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1.5 tablespoon honey (adjust for sweetness if desired)
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt (to taste)

5 Minute Balsamic Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad
This 5 Minute Balsamic Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad is the easiest thing you can make for your next brunch event. Honestly, nothing can go wrong with a cheese and tomato combo. Creamy fresh burrata seasoned with salt, pepper, and drizzles of olive oil and tart balsamic vinegar makes this the most refreshing pantry ingredient salad. It’s an extra elegant side dish to serve for your guests, especially if it’s last minute.

- 18-20 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Burrata Ball
- Dash of Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Balsalmic Glaze
- Parsley to Garnish

Pomegranate Apple Waldorf Salad
This Pomegranate Apple Waldorf Salad is my personal favorite salad, and I’ve made also made it for my 6 course Christmas Prime Rib Feast! This salad is always a hit with guests because of it’s fun flavors and beautiful colors. With apples, pomegranate seeds, and fresh burrata, this fruit salad is such a bright way to start the day. Don’t miss out on my super crunchy homemade candied walnut recipe, because they really make this salad shine!

- 3-4 Cups Spring Mix
- 1 Red Apple cored and diced
- ½ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Cup Candied Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Vinaigrette
- fresh burrata Optional

Toasted No Knead Bread
I’ve actually shared this overnight no knead bread recipe a few times. It’s honestly the easiest bread recipe ever, perfect every single time. By the way, can we all agree that toasting bread on a pan instead of the oven is just so much better? The bread gets golden brown and crispy from the olive oil, while staying super soft and fluffy on the inside. It takes extra effort, but it is 100% worth it
Yes, I know that technically this No Knead Bread is an overnight recipe. However, if you make your dough the night before, you can get the baking done in the next day within your 30 minute window.

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups room temperature water
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast

Turkish Egg with Asian Chili Oil
This Turkish Egg with Asian Chili Oil is my breakfast go-to when I want something more filling. It’s also a particularly impressive, yet super easy low-cook brunch dish when hosting your family and friends. It’s spicy, creamy, yet refreshingly tangy on a slice of toasted bread. It takes less than 15 minutes to make, and you probably already have all the ingredients.

- 2 Eggs
- 2 Slices Of Bread
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chili Oil
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- fresh dill chopped to garnish

Smoked Salmon Caviar Brunch Plate
This salmon caviar board is a combination of my memories of the most incredible smoked salmon brunch on my walking tour of Montreal, and my first time trying caviar in Las Vegas! These are both such great memories of both my travels and sharing that time with people I love. I wanted to share that experience with my mom and my sister, so I put the two experiences together into this yummy Salmon Caviar Brunch Board. My mom and sister finally tried caviar for the first time, and they really loved it!

- 1 Package Smoked Salmon
- 1 Package Prosciutto
- ½ Cup Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Crème Fraiche
- 1 Cucumber, Sliced
