5 Christmas Brunch Dishes in 30 Minutes

My mom, sister, and I eat brunch together every year on Christmas Day and it is honestly one of my favorite traditions. This year, I made a Christmas Brunch menu with 5 brunch dishes in 30 minutes,

Brunch for me is all about refreshing, savory dishes that aren’t too heavy, including this honey dijon salad. I also remade one of my favorite brunches I tried in Montreal last year, with dishes such as my Easy Chili Oil Turkish Eggs and Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad.

Make Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing in Bulk

This salad dressing combines grainy, slightly spicy Dijon mustard with honey, black pepper, olive oil, and red wine vinaigrette for the most simple, yet delicious salad dressing. It really only takes one minute, and every salad I make with it disappears just as fast.

This is also a great recipe to make in bulk. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. I love having this salad dressing on hand, so I’ll make a huge batch of it for the whole week. Before using, make sure to whisk or shake it again.
