Its bright flavors pairs well with many different things, especially with my shredded rotisserie chicken and a handful of greens, or a nice Air Fried Salmon. Turmeric Rice Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of Basmati Rice
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 cups Chicken Stock or Vegetable Stock
Adding broth into freshly toasted yellow turmeric rice
  1. In a pot, melt the butter, then add garlic, basmati rice, and turmeric 
  2. Gently toast the rice so it soaks up all the delicious turmeric garlic butter
  3. Add in chicken stock, bring it to a simmer, and cover.
  4. Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
