These weekly lunchboxes are a tiny package of affection, a reminder that even in the hustle and bustle of our days, our connection remains strong. As I assemble the contents, I can’t help but think of him enjoying every bite during his busy day.
For this week’s lunchbox, I am testing out some new recipes for an e-book that I will be sharing very soon. So, here’s to the weekly ritual of packing a piece of my heart into his lunchbox, knowing that it’s more than just a meal—it’s a symbol of the love that flavors our life together.

- 6 pieces of Chicken Thigh
- 1 whole Onion sliced
- 8 cloves of Garlic minced

- 2 ½ tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce (optional)
- 3 piece of Bay Leaf
- 1-2 tbsp of Black Pepper
