Quick and easy dinners that taste restaurant-quality are my favorite meals; Soy Glazed Salmon is one of the go-to recipes that I make every week.
Tender Salmon coated in a sweet and savory sauce; PLUS it takes less than 20 minutes to prepare; this Soy Glazed Salmon is a must-try recipe that you will love!
Soy Glazed Salmon pairs well with everything; you can pair it with rice, noodle, potatoes, salad, or serve it as an open-face sandwich.
I love making rice bowls with my soy-glazed salmon with sauteed vegetables on the side for a healthy and easy dinner.
QUICK TIP: Use the same pan to saute the vegetables with any remaining sauce. Vegetables that pair well with the sauce are broccoli, bok choy, spinach, mushroom, and cauliflower.
The secret ingredient that makes this easy Soy Glazed Salmon restaurant-style quality is dashi powder.
Dashi powder adds instant umami flavor to the dish, adding another layer of depth to the sauce.
I always have dashi powder in my pantry, as it instantly adds umami flavor to any dish. You can get dashi powder and most asain grocery stores or on Amazon.
Soy Glazed Salmon takes less than 20 minutes to make.
You can also freeze the marinated salmon in the freezer for 30 days to meal-prep in bulk.
I always have side dishes ready in the fridge, such as Korean Marinated Eggs, Cucumber Salad, Bean Sprout Salad, Korean Spinach Salad, and Honey Garlic Potatoes.
Making side dishes ahead of time can save alot of time preparing food throughout the week.
