Believe it or not, there was a time in my life where I was constantly thinking about what to have for lunch when I was working my corporate job.
Between juggling client meetings and trying to hit quotas, it was hard to find time to meal plan and bring my own lunches! I found myself constantly ordering UberEats to the office or grabbing something quick in a drive-thru while I was on the road.
Luckily, because cooking has always been a passion and hobby of mine, I decided that it was time for me to start being proactive with my meal planning!
