To make Creamy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, you will need imitation crab meat, Japanese mayo, mushroom, masago, cream cheese, and ponzu.

Think of sushi bake, but stuffed inside a mushroom.

Any mushroom will work; you can use shiitake mushroom, oyster mushroom, crimini, mushroom, or king mushroom.

I recommend using mushrooms that can hold their shape during baking, such as crimini and shiitake mushrooms.

Creamy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms (20 minutes!)

If you are hosting a dinner party, you can make Creamy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms ahead of time and pop them into an oven before your guests arrive.

Pre-stuff all the mushrooms to save time, and once the guests arrive, pop them into the oven for 15 minutes, and they will come out nice and creamy.

To serve, garnish with more masago and shredded seaweed. These mushrooms are the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizers to make this holiday season!
