It is hard to measure how much filling to make whenever I make dumplings or potstickers, and I always have some leftover wrappers.
I decided to try them by making them into green onion pancake-inspired chips, and these are seriously SO addicting!
Depending on your wrapper, you may need to adjust the amount of salt added.
Alternatively, you can also sprinkle some sea salt on top of the chip once they are done frying.
The Green Onion Dumpling Chips tastes terrific on its own, but I also love pairing them with dip.

Ingredients
- 20 Dumpling Wrappers
- 3 stalks of Green Onion (chopped)
- Salt
- Sesame Seeds
- Sprinkle salt and green onion on top of the dumpling wrapper.
- Using a roller pin, lightly roll the green onion sticks on top of the dumpling wrapper.
- Optional, add on sesame seeds.
- In a pan, add in oil; once the oil is hot, add in the dumpling wrapper and pan-fry for 30 seconds on each side.
