Green Onion Dumpling Chips (3 Ingredients, 5 Minutes!)

WOW, I am serious when I say these Green Onion Dumpling Chips are the ULTIMATE game changer!

Crispy, savory, and the best part is it only takes THREE ingredients and 5 minutes to make Green Onion Dumpling Chips.

Enjoy the chips on their own, or pair them with my Spicy Sriracha Chicken Dip, Easy Poke Recipe, or Crab Rangoon Dip.

Don’t have dumpling wrappers? Swap them with wonton wrappers, and they will taste just as delicious! 

Green Onion Dumpling Chips (3 Ingredients, 5 Minutes!)

Make Green Onion Dumpling Chips if you ever have leftover dumpling wrappers.

It is hard to measure how much filling to make whenever I make dumplings or potstickers, and I always have some leftover wrappers.

I decided to try them by making them into green onion pancake-inspired chips, and these are seriously SO addicting!

Depending on your wrapper, you may need to adjust the amount of salt added.

Alternatively, you can also sprinkle some sea salt on top of the chip once they are done frying.

The Green Onion Dumpling Chips tastes terrific on its own, but I also love pairing them with dip.

Next time you go to a dinner party, make any of my homemade dipping sauce or poke recipes, and level up the dish by serving them with green onion dumpling chips.

The chips stay crunchy for a long time, so they are perfect for making ahead of time. It is also a fun activity with family and friends since it is so simple to make.

Customize the chips based on your preferences, I am using green onion, salt, and sesame seeds today, but you can also add Korean red chili flakes or different seasoning salt to give it an extra kick. 

Crab Rangoon Dip

Green Onion Dumpling Chips (3 Ingredients, 5 Minutes!)

Ingredients 

  • 20 Dumpling Wrappers 
  • 3 stalks of Green Onion (chopped) 
  • Salt 
  • Sesame Seeds 
  1. Sprinkle salt and green onion on top of the dumpling wrapper. 
  2. Using a roller pin, lightly roll the green onion sticks on top of the dumpling wrapper. 
  3. Optional, add on sesame seeds. 
  4. In a pan, add in oil; once the oil is hot, add in the dumpling wrapper and pan-fry for 30 seconds on each side.
