Don’t say I didn’t warn you, but my 10-Minute Spicy Noodle is seriously so addicting and delicious.
The sauce is spicy, tangy, garlicky, and savory, paired with refreshing crunchy cucumber and a crispy fried egg; no wonder this Spicy Noodle is my go-to noodle recipe!
If you are looking for something quick, easy, cheap, and delicious, this spicy noodle recipe is meant for you.

All you need to make my 10-minute spicy noodle is garlic, ground Sichuan pepper, sesame seeds, red chili, green onion, black vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar.
If you can’t find black vinegar, you can also use a 2:1 ratio of rice vinegar and soy sauce. Another ingredient I like to add is chicken powder. You can swap for mushroom powder if you are vegetarian.

You can use any noodles of your choice when making Spicy Noodle. I am using instant noodles,
but you can also use udon, white noodles, ramen noodles, or any noodle of your choice. If you are on a keto diet, I highly recommend using shirataki noodles. I also have a hand-cut noodle recipe that is super easy. You can prepare the noodles in bulk and freeze them for up to 2 months.

To make sure the noodle stays extra chewy and delicious, soak the noodle in ice-cold water right after you cook them!
Customize the Spicy Noodle depending on time, what you have in the fridge, and your diet.
Spicy Noodle is vegetarian-friendly, so you can add on any protein of your choice. I like to add toppings such as thinly sliced cucumber, chopped green onion, cilantro, and crispy fried egg. You can also add shredded chicken, crispy fried scallion, and crushed peanuts.
