Meal Prepping with Broccoli
Broccoli is high in vitamin K, vitamin C, and calcium. It’s also high in fiber, which fits perfectly with our recent health goals of eating more fiber for our gut health. All you need is a simple blanching and some seasoning for this recipe to become the easiest meal prep ever.
This broccoli is mixed with a classic Korean side dish seasoning mix of salt, pepper, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. It might be one of the tastiest ways to add some flavor to your veggies. It goes with everything from spinach to bean sprouts!

What To Eat Broccoli Namul With
I love adding Broccoli Namul as a veggie side dish for my meals, especially paired with main dishes that are mostly protein. Recently, I’ve made a yummy rice bowl with my Air Fryer BBQ Pork and my Black Pepper Chicken. But, they’re also really good as a topping for a bowl of sesame noodles. Whenever you feel like there’s a little fiber missing from your meals, this is a great option!
