  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 carrots Small, chopped
  • 2 Stalks celery chopped
  • 2 lb ground beef or ground lamb
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp rosemary dried
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 Sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup peas

  • 5-6 potatoes Medium, about 2 lb
  • 5 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

These Taiwanese Fried Wings with Creamy Green Sauce are super on theme! What’s a better game day snack than wings? They’re crispy, fun to eat, and super affordable to make. The green sauce here is spicy, creamy, and tart, making these wings so much better than just eating them plain. And, it’s the perfect green color for St. Patrick’s Day! I include the Air Fryer version AND the deep fry version of this recipe, so you have multiple options.

Marinated Chicken Wings

  • 1.5 lb Chicken Wings and Drumettes
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2.5 tbsp Garlic minced
